The Valley of the Latte Adventure Park is serving up something sweet, cultural, and family-friendly this November! On November 15, 16, 22, and 23, 2025, families are invited to join our Kids’ Outdoor Hotnu Pumpkin Spice Rolls Baking Workshop—a one-of-a-kind experience where children and parents can create delicious fall-inspired treats together.
Bake Pumpkin Spice Rolls in the Traditional Hotnu Oven
Guided by our cultural team, families will hand-craft their very own pumpkin spice rolls before baking them in the Valley’s traditional Hotnu wood-fired oven. The aroma, warmth, and flavor of these rolls make this workshop the perfect way to celebrate the season while learning about Guam’s cultural cooking traditions.
All materials and ingredients are provided, so families can focus on rolling, baking, and of course—enjoying their creations fresh from the oven.

Your pumpkin spice adventure includes more than just baking! Families will:
Explore the ancient latte site and discover CHamoru heritage
Visit the lush Botanical Garden and friendly Animal Ranch
Enjoy a hearty Fiesta Style BBQ lunch plate at our open-air pavilion (Red Rice, BBQ Chicken, salad, and iced tea or water)
