Join us at the Valley of the Latte for a delicious hands-on cultural experience featuring two island favorites: coconut candy and titiyas.
In this workshop, guests will learn about the ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural traditions behind these well-loved CHamoru treats. Guided by our team, participants will take part in the process, connect with the stories behind the food, and enjoy a meaningful experience rooted in culture, family, and community.
This workshop is perfect for families, friends, visitors, locals, students, and anyone looking to experience Guam in a more personal and memorable way.

Guests will be welcomed at the Valley of the Latte Visitor’s Center and transported to the Latte Dock on our River Boats. All weaving workshops are conducted outdoors.
*The Coconut Candy and Titiyas Workshops include a mini Fiesta Style BBQ Lunch Plate.
*All supplies will be provided for the participants, Staff will guide all guests, and all guests will get to take home a sample of the Coconut Oil & Candy that they make!
