How long do the tours last?
Most signature cultural riverboat tours last approximately 3–4 hours. Kayaking and paddle boarding tours may vary depending on group size and conditions.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Advanced reservations are required as tours often sell out, especially during peak travel seasons. Additionally, we provide freshly made Fiesta Style Lunch Plates for every morning tour. To ensure that every guest has a great meal prepared, advanced reservations are a must.

How do I book a tour?
Bookings can be made online through our official website. Select your tour, choose your date, and complete your reservation securely.
Can I book same-day tours?
Same-day bookings may be available depending on capacity. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot and ensure that you and your guests have meals prepped and ready on your tour date. For last minute bookings, please call our Visitor’s Center at 1.671.789.3342.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by tour. Please review booking terms at checkout. Typically, cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance for a refund.
Are there military or local resident discounts?
Discounted tour options are available for active-duty military, veterans, and Guam residents. Please check our booking page or contact us directly.
Do you offer group rates?

Is the tour family-friendly?
Our Adventure Riverboat tours, cultural experiences, and workshops are designed for guests of all ages and are ideal for families. Our Kayaking and Paddle Boarding Guided Tours are for adults ages 12 & older.
Is the riverboat cruise safe?
Yes. Our boats are operated by experienced staff and adhere to safety guidelines. Life jackets are available when needed.
Do I need experience to kayak or paddle board?
No prior experience is required. Our guides provide instruction and safety briefings before departure.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and closed-toe shoes or water-friendly footwear for kayaking/paddle boarding. Bug spray is also recommended.
Will I get wet?
For kayaking and paddle boarding, light splashing is possible. The riverboat cruise generally remains dry.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes. Life jackets are provided for all applicable water activities.
What cultural activities are included?
Guests may experience traditional CHamoru dance, weaving demonstrations, coconut preparation, ancient latte stone education, and historical storytelling.
Is the experience authentic?
Yes. Our cultural ambassadors are passionate about sharing Guam’s indigenous heritage in a respectful and educational manner.

Our signature morning cultural tours include an island-style BBQ lunch. Please verify inclusions when booking.

Yes, restroom facilities are available on site.

Tours typically operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe due to rapid waters or other storm like conditions.
What happens if weather cancels a tour?
If a tour is canceled due to severe weather, guests will be offered rescheduling or refund options.
Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is available for guests.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the tour. If you are a no-show or if you do not request a cancelation at least 48 hours prior to your tour, then there will be no refund. Please email us at info@valleyofthelatte.com or call 1.671.789.3342 for cancellation requests. A minimum 5% transaction fee will be assessed for all refunds.
For Charters & Larger Parties:
- 10% penalty, if cancelled 45 days or more before reservation.
- 20% penalty, if cancelled 30 days before reservation.
- 50% penalty, if cancelled 21 days before reservation.
- 75% penalty, if cancelled 14 days before reservation.
- 100% penalty, if cancelled 7 days before reservation.
