Valley of the Latte River Festival Giveaway Official Rules

The Valley of the Latte River Festival Giveaway is open to eligible participants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must submit a complete entry form by scanning the official giveaway QR code and providing the required contact information.

Entries will be accepted until 8:00 PM on the evening of the festival. Entries submitted after the deadline may not be eligible. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated by Valley of the Latte. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Valley of the Latte.

Winners will be selected after the festival and announced within one week following the event. Winners will be contacted directly by email, direct message, or phone using the information provided on the entry form. Winners may be required to respond within a specified timeframe in order to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Valley of the Latte reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. Valley of the Latte reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and release Valley of the Latte, its owners, employees, partners, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, and representatives from any liability, claim, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

It is not endorsed, sponsored, administered by, or otherwise associated with any other organization or any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Meta. Valley of the Latte reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise that affect the fairness, integrity, or administration of the promotion.
