📸 Valley of the Latte Photo Contest – Official Rules & Terms

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must be residents of Guam OR active duty military members stationed on Guam.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required to claim prize.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Valley of the Latte Adventure Park are not eligible to win.

2. Contest Period

• The contest begins on September 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM ChST and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM ChST.

• Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To be eligible, entrants must complete all of the following:
1️⃣ Post a photo taken at the Valley of the Latte on Instagram or Facebook.
2️⃣ Tag the photo with #ValleyoftheLatteGuam2025.
3️⃣ Follow Valley of the Latte on both Instagram and Facebook.

• Photos must be original content created by the entrant.

• Limit: 1 entry per person. Multiple posts will not increase chances of winning.

4. Prizes

• Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) free adult admissions to the Valley of the Latte Adventure River Cruise.

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Prize must be used within 6 months of award date.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected by Valley of the Latte staff based on creativity, quality, and overall connection to the theme of the contest.

• Winners will be announced on Valley of the Latte’s official Instagram and Facebook pages by December 5, 2025.

• Winners will also be notified via direct message.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Rights to Entries

• By entering, participants grant Valley of the Latte a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and share submitted photos for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, with credit to the photographer where possible.

• Entrants retain full copyright ownership of their photos.

7. General Conditions

• Valley of the Latte reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the contest.

• Any entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or not in alignment with the values of Valley of the Latte will be disqualified.

• All decisions by Valley of the Latte are final.

8. Liability & Release

• By participating, entrants release Valley of the Latte, its employees, affiliates, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of any prize.

• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Entrants release Instagram and Facebook of all responsibility related to this contest.

9. Privacy

• • Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and contacting winners.

  • Valley of the Latte will not sell or share entrants’ personal information with third parties.
