Hotnu Oven Bread & Pizza Baking Workshop
May 9 | Open-Air Pavilion & Hotnu Oven | Valley of the Latte
Gather around the fire and experience the joy of cooking the island way at the Valley of the Latte. On May 9, guests are invited to take part in our interactive Hotnu Oven Bread & Pizza Baking Workshop, where culture, tradition, and flavor come together in one unforgettable experience.
Centered around our traditional outdoor hotnu oven, this hands-on workshop teaches participants how to prepare dough, shape loaves, build pizzas, and bake them to perfection using time-tested techniques. Guests will learn about heat management, baking methods, and the cultural significance of communal cooking—all in a relaxed, open-air riverside setting.
This is not a demonstration—it’s a fully immersive, family-friendly experience. You’ll mix, knead, prepare, and bake alongside our team, then gather to enjoy the delicious breads and pizzas fresh from the oven.
Please note: There is no separate lunch provided for this workshop. The meal is the fresh bread and pizza you create and share together on site.
